Social Services Coordinator
We're looking for a dedicated and compassionate Social Services Coordinator to join our team at Lilian Davis Group LTD. As a coordinator, you'll be responsible for providing comprehensive care and assistance to young adults between the ages of 16-25 with complex needs, including learning disabilities and behavioral challenges. You'll work closely with our team of professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each of our clients.

What You'll Do
- As a Social Services Coordinator, you'll be responsible for the following:
- - Conducting assessments to determine the needs of our clients and developing individualized care plans
- Coordinating with our team of professionals to implement care plans and ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients
- Providing emotional support and guidance to clients and their families
- Keeping accurate and up-to-date records of client progress and care plans
- Staying current with industry trends and best practices to ensure the highest quality of care for our clients
Who You Are
- To be considered for this role, you should have the following qualifications and experience:
- - Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field
- At least 2 years of experience working with young adults with complex needs, including learning disabilities and behavioral challenges
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of clients and colleagues
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
